Okay, hear me out.

What if we took a giant, bakery-style chocolate chip cookie...added crushed Oreos...added Hershey's Cookies & Cream chocolate...and then decided that still wasn't enough?

So we put an entire Oreo in the middle.

Yep. That's the recipe. 😂

These Stuffed Oreo Cookies are big, thick, soft, and chewy with golden edges and a gooey center. There's white chocolate and crushed Oreos throughout the dough, chunks of Cookies & Cream chocolate on top, and then... surprise! a whole Oreo waiting in the middle.

What Makes These Cookies So Good?

The secret to these giant cookies is the combination of cake flour, all-purpose flour, and cornstarch.

Cake flour helps keep the cookies soft and tender, while all-purpose flour gives the dough enough structure to hold that enormous amount of filling. The cornstarch helps keep the texture soft and chewy.

And then we completely lose all restraint with the mix-ins.

You've got: White chocolate chips + Cookies & Cream chocolate + crushed Oreos + a whole Oreo.

It's a lot.

It's glorious.

And I wouldn't change a thing.

Tips for Perfect Stuffed Oreo Cookies

Use a BIG Scoop of Dough

These aren't tiny little cookies. You need enough dough to completely surround the Oreo in the center.

Don't be shy with the scoop!

Seal the Oreo Completely

After placing the Oreo in the center, carefully fold the dough around it and pinch any openings closed.

You want the Oreo completely surrounded by dough.

Don't Overmix

Once your dry ingredients are incorporated, stop mixing. When adding the chocolate and crushed Oreos, mix just enough to distribute everything throughout the dough.

Keep the Cookies Thick

Try not to flatten the stuffed cookies too much before baking. Keeping the dough thick helps create that bakery-style appearance and gives you that soft center.

Don't Overbake

This is very important.

The edges should be golden brown while the center still looks slightly underdone. They'll continue baking on the hot baking sheet after you pull them from the oven.

Trust me on this one.

Storage

Store these cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

You can also freeze the baked cookies for up to 3 months.

For that fresh-from-the-oven experience, warm one in the microwave for a few seconds before serving. The chocolate gets melty, the cookie gets soft, and the Oreo center becomes even more delicious.
