If you love Oreos, creamy cheesecake, and desserts that require approximately zero patience for turning on the oven, these bars are for you.

These No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bars are ridiculously simple: a buttery Oreo crust, fluffy cream cheese filling loaded with Oreo chunks, and an Oreo crumble sprinkled over the top.

Basically, we're taking Oreos and turning them into cheesecake.

I don't think we need to overcomplicate this one.

Why You'll Love These Bars

  • Completely no-bake

  • Only a few simple ingredients

  • Creamy, fluffy cheesecake filling

  • Plenty of Oreo pieces throughout

  • Buttery Oreo crust

  • Oreo crumble topping

  • Easy to make ahead

  • Perfect for when you want dessert without actually baking

Ingredients

Oreo Crust & Crumble

  • 32 Oreo cookies

  • ½ cup butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, slightly softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 10 Oreo cookies, broken into large chunks

That's it.

No gelatin. No eggs. No complicated cheesecake situation. Just Oreos doing what Oreos do best.

The Oreo Crust

The crust is made with 32 crushed Oreos and melted butter, which creates a thick, rich cookie base.

But here's the trick: don't use all of it for the crust.

Reserve about one-third of the mixture before pressing the rest into your 9x9 pan. That reserved portion becomes the crumble topping later.

So you get Oreo crunch on the bottom and the top.

A Few Tips for the Best No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bars

Let the Cream Cheese Soften

Give your cream cheese about 30 minutes at room temperature before mixing.

This makes it much easier to whip together with the powdered sugar and helps give you that smooth, fluffy cheesecake texture.

Don't Rush the Chill Time

The hardest part of this recipe is waiting.

The bars need to refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving so the cheesecake has enough time to set.

Personally, I recommend making them the night before and letting them chill overnight.

Yes, waiting is annoying and yes, it is worth it.

Line Your Pan With Parchment

Don't skip the parchment paper. It makes removing the chilled cheesecake from the 9x9 pan so much easier and makes cutting the bars a lot less frustrating.

Future you will appreciate this decision.

Make-Ahead & Storage

These bars are perfect for making ahead.

Keep them covered and refrigerated until you're ready to serve them. Since the filling is made with cream cheese, they should stay chilled.

They also make a great dessert for parties because you can prepare them the night before and have them ready to go the next day.

These No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bars are proof that dessert doesn't have to be complicated to be good.

You get a buttery Oreo crust, fluffy cheesecake, chunks of Oreo throughout, and even more Oreo crumble on top. I'd love to hear how yours turned out! Happy baking :)
